KidzBinz Program: Empowering Kids to Fight Cancer with Joy
KidzBinz History
The KidzBinz Program was originally created by the TeamConnor Childhood Cancer Foundation in collaboration with Children’s Dallas and Cook Children’s in Fort Worth. We are proud to continue this important legacy with the TeamIzzy Foundation. We aim to bring joy and support to kids with cancer during their treatment.
About the KidzBinz Program
Each KidzBinz Activity Box is thoughtfully curated with books, toys, arts and crafts supplies, and other engaging activities. These items provide comfort and distraction for pediatric cancer patients undergoing intensive treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, MIBG therapy, and stem cell transplants.
For children facing extended hospital stays—sometimes in isolation for up to 90 days—the activities in KidzBinz offer an invaluable source of creativity, joy, and emotional support. These boxes are carefully assembled based on the needs of the hospital’s child life team, who then distribute items to patients as needed.
Each KidzBinz Activity Box costs approximately $250. With your support, we can continue providing these essential resources to hospitals and the children they serve.
How You Can Help

A special thank you to the wonderful Learning Express Toys of Frisco, who has been an essential partner in ensuring that the KidzBinz program thrives. Their generous donations, dedication to fulfilling specific child life department wish lists, and additional matching toys, books, games, and crafts have made a world of difference. Partnerships like this have a huge impact, and we are incredibly grateful for their support.
